Ok, I think I have an idea of what you are saying, and believe me, we
have to make this precise for developers to understand the issue and how
we are proposing to resolve it. Please let me know if this is what you
are requesting.

I will attach 2 screenshots:

1) openpgp_confirm_not_in_windowlist.png
Bad behavior: OpenGPG Confirm window is not listed in the window list
Bad behavior: OpenGPG Confirm popping up does not make (non-existent) window list item "glow"

2) openpgp_prompt_in_windowlist.png
Good behavior: OpenGPG Prompt window is listed in the window list
Bad behavior: OpenGPG Prompt popping up does not make window list item "glow"
