According to "published version", Karmic has (will have) correct
versions of all related packages (see
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/libzrtpcpp and
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/twinkle).   I guess I should
set this as "in progress" for now, and once it appears, I should mark it
as fix released??  Or should it be marked as "invalid", since it was
fixed due entirely to external circumstances (I believe the Debian repos
finally got correct versions...) ?
