[Bug 368728] [NEW] lobounit-ocaml-dev examples fail to build

Binary package hint: libounit-ocaml-dev

In order to compile the examples for libounit-ocaml-dev (/usr/share/doc
/libounit-ocaml-dev/examples) after installing the package, the
"ocamlfind" program is needed by the supplied makefile - this means that
the package should depend on ocaml-findlib, which it does not.
