Binary package hint: ecb

On emacs22 ecb fails to start with the message:
ECB 2.32: Errors during the layout setup of ECB. (error-type: error, error-data: ("Window width 0 too small (after splitting)"))

on emacs21 it works.

This appeared after upgrading to Kubuntu 9.04.
