I ran into a similar problem. The package "kipi-plugins" is recommended
for "kphotoalbum", but its no possible to install, since the "kipi-
plugins"  require more recent "libkdcraw" and "libkipi" as the
kphotoalbum.

So when I try to install the recommended package "kipi-plugins" for
"kphotoalbum" it tries to uninstall "kphotoalbum" :-)

Maybe is possible to build "kphotoalbum" with "libkdcraw7" and
"libkipi6"?
