[Bug 366558] [NEW] installing Clam TK creates ~/.clamtk/ with root permissions

Binary package hint: clamtk

Installing Clam TK (Virus Scanner) in Jaunty creates ~/.clamtk/ with
root permissions so I get errors that ~/.clamtk/prefs and ~/.clamtk/db/
can't be written.
