i think thats right; especially when not installing through ubufox we
should ask for restart. (from within ubufox its supposed to work without
restart, but i think that feature somehow is broken in firefox atm -
have to check).

anyway; flashplugin-nonfree package can touch the firefox required file
(as done by firefox postinst) to trigger that restart notification.
