Agreed just about to log this myself.

Tested on two machines. On running hellanzb the program just dies

zeus at pandion:~$ hellanzb 
Warning: Hellanzb.XMLRPC_SERVER_BIND is not set, bind to 127.0.0.1

hellanzb v0.13 (config = /etc/hellanzb.conf, C yenc module)
zeus at pandion:~$ 

There are no error messages in either hellanzb log files
And also no messages in syslog or messages log files.

zeus at pandion:/var/tmp$ tail hellanzb.log 
2009-04-21 11:54:57,317 INFO 
2009-04-21 11:54:57,317 INFO hellanzb v0.13 (config = /etc/hellanzb.conf, C yenc module)

zeus at pandion:/var/tmp$ tail hellanzb-debug.log 
2009-04-21 11:54:57,317 hellanzb v0.13 (config = /etc/hellanzb.conf, C yenc module)
