[Bug 364489] [NEW] Everything slows down except focused window.

Binary package hint: xserver-xorg-video-intel

Every now and again I run into this bug, and apologies, but it's
somewhat difficult to describe.  The focused window, lets say Firefox,
still receives input from the keyboard, but while the mouse moves, mouse
clicks fail to do anything.  If I try to run another command, for
example if I try to bring up gnome-do using meta-space, the window
appears but I cannot type anything into it, and stays over top of the
window behind it (firefox, in this case) when I focus back to that
window.

This behavior continues until I restart the X server from a VT.
