[Bug 364140] [NEW] keepassx doesn't display window manager in openbox

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: keepassx

The Help Menu, the opening screen that prompts for the password to open
the last used database all display the openbox window manager.  The main
application, once the password opens the DB does not.  It aligns itself
in the upper left hand corner.  I can resize the window with M-<Right
click> but that's about it. The window lacks a window manager bar
entirely.

I'm using ubuntu 8.04, 32bit.  I'm using 0.2.2 version of keepassx
