[Bug 363660] [NEW] Cannot set capture Vol for USB heaset in Kmix on Kubuntu Jaunty RC

Public bug reported:

Capture slider for Logitech USB headset cannot be set in Kmix under
Kubuntu Jaunty RC5.

Capture level can be set using another mixer (Gamix) which is reflected
in Kmix

Clicking on the slider in Kmix then sets it to zero and does not allow
adjustment, microphone volume is actually set to zero.

note: using 64bit installation
kmix version 4:4.2.2-0ubuntu2
