[Bug 362441] [NEW] mplayer looses audio synchronization while seeking

Public bug reported:

While using Jaunty I discovered that mplayer often looses audio
synchronization when I try to seek through the video.  It also has some
graphic glitches for a moment after seeking.

To test it try playing this file
http://www.russiatoday.com/v/2009-04-16/interview_16-04.OGM (Richard
Stallman interview, Theora codec).
