[Bug 343200] Re: launcher properties dialog appearance is wrong with human-netbook-theme

The following patch fixes the problem. Alternative patches could match
exactly the PanelDItemEditor class as well as have this override rule
inside panel.rc, moving its include down into gtkrc file, but should
work the same.
