I've tried your deb package :

with a dpkg - i packages

libgmerlin-avdec1_1.0.0-0ubuntu1_i386
libgmerlin0_0.4.0-0ubuntu1~ppa2_i386
gmerlin-plugins_0.4.0-0ubuntu1~ppa2_i386
openmovieeditor_0.0.20090105-0ubuntu1~ppa3_i386

Install is ok,

launching OME : ok
browsing for the same video HD720p, mpe4/aac mov : ok
drag and drop on video line 1 : ok
move the rush to the start of the timeline : ok
rendering to DV quicktime : video ok, no sound, but i think it's another trouble.

To my mind theses packages are better for jaunty. Many thanks for the
packages... Is it possible to create with OME release under hardy 32/64
?
