[Bug 361762] [NEW] clamav-milter: postfix breaks on upgrade

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: clamav

clamav-milter no longer works with postfix:

postfix/smtpd[6854]: warning: connect to Milter service
unix:/milters/clamav/clamav-milter.ctl: Permission denied

The problem is that the socket now has changed ownership and
permissions. With 0.95 we have:

srwxr-xr-x 1 clamav clamav 0 8. Apr 18:45 clamav-milter.ctl

while we have this with 0.94:

srwxrwxr-x 1 clamav postfix 0 8. Apr 18:49 clamav-milter.ctl
