[Bug 361584] [NEW] [FFe] new upstream release of geanyvc

Public bug reported:

The package geanyvc (binary: geany-plugin-vc) is outdated (0.4), and
broken with the new version of Geany (0.16) hich was uploaded to Ubuntu.

I'd like to request a FFe to include the new version of this plugin
(0.5) which works. I've attached a diff.gz for the new version in Bug
#353748.
