[Bug 361444] [NEW] gnome-do clock doesn't respect session setting of 12 vs. 24 hour clock

Binary package hint: gnome-do

The gnome-panel clock correctly respects that da_DK.UTF-8's default
setting for clocks is 24 hours. However Gnome-do does not and defaults
to 12 hour clock displaying in the tooltip.
