[Bug 361404] [NEW] italc client / service names causes avahi collisions / makes product unusable on LTSP!

Public bug reported:

a) The logic in the ica-launcher script does not sufficiently generate a unique enough of a service name per user. As a result, only the first user logged in is properly registered in avahi for use by the italc-launcher teacher control panel.

b) The logic included to kill any other ica processes will kill
processes associated with *OTHER* thin clients, resulting in only the
last session a user logs into as being registered in avahi, this is
*not* desirable. In addition, should a LTSP system be setup to allow
ROOT to login, *ALL* ica processes will be killed. Which definitely
should not happen.

c) The login used to generate the ISD and IVS ports does not allow for
multiple subnets where the last octet may conflict with other machines
on other subnets and would need fixing in both ica-launcher and italc-
launcher. My suggestion would be to use the display number as the
offset.
