in fact i was about to point as probably guilty the xorg updates for
that day. In fact i remember i've updated late at night and the other
day i had about 5 freezes during the day.

However i didn't see anything deeply related with a freeze in the
changelog.

I'm waiting for another freeze, so i can downgrade to a previous version
and check again.

the thing is that this bug is hard to reproduce...
