Same issues for me on a Gateway M-6881. A hardware profile is attached.

I didn't have this problem with the default installation of the Beta,
but it seemed to appear right after the xorg-intel update that "fixed"
issues some intel users were having with slow performance.

Have any of you noticed the occurrence more so on battery power versus
being plugged in? Not sure, but i think that all of mine have happened
while running on battery. I may be wrong, though.
