Binary package hint: audacity

Using Audacity 1.3.7, when I attempt to record from my laptop (Dell
Vostro 1500)'s audio in port while using Software Play-Through, the
program stops recording.  It does not lock up, because I can still stop
it from recording by clicking the stop button.  My laptop's audio device
is a Sigmatel/IDT HD Audio Codec using the snd-hda-intel module.
