[Bug 354940] [NEW] [i915] UXA is very slow

Binary package hint: xserver-xorg-video-intel

I get noticably slower OpenGL when using UXA rather than EXA. The only
number I have is from glxgears (~900fps with EXA, ~250 with UXA), but
games are very much slower too.
