command used to start upgrade: sudo apt-get install clamav.

This after adding,

deb http://ppa.launchpad.net/ubuntu-clamav/ppa/ubuntu jaunty main

  deb-src http://ppa.launchpad.net/ubuntu-clamav/ppa/ubuntu jaunty main

to the sources list.

sade at sade-desktop:~$ sudo apt-get -f install
[sudo] password for sade:
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
0 upgraded, 0 newly installed, 0 to remove and 4 not upgraded.
sade at sade-desktop:~$
