v0.6.1 patch uploaded to SourceForge:
  https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&aid=2690871&group_id=119&atid=300119

Patch over a fresh v0.5.2 lcdproc source directory:
  patch -p0 < lcdproc-0.5.2-imonlcd-0.6.1.patch

Then run:
  aclocal && autoconf && automake

Run configure with the imonlcd driver specified:
./configure --enable-drivers=imonlcd

(or --enable-drivers=all)

Finally, make.
