[Bug 345294] Re: MIR for RedBoot-imx

It seems that this package meets the "Blueprint" Rationale[1], but I'll
add "official image support" to the "dependency" item in the MIR
requirement list to make this a more clear-cut decision.  Based on
discussion with ogra about why the image builder needs this in main, I
approve: +1.
