[Bug 299422] Re: Qtoctave help not installed by default

Strange, I installed as a "normal" user, by add/remove in the ubuntu
menu. Maybe I have a messed up system. If that is the case, that the
documentation is recommended and installed by default, then I guess
there is no bug.

I use Hardy, Qtoctave 0.7.4, Octave 3.0.0
