Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make
Ubuntu better.  I believe what you are asking for is already present in
CompizConfig Settings Manager.  If you click on Window Management  ->
Application Switcher -> Bindings and change the Next Window (All
windows) option to be Alt+Tab, does that do what you are asking for?
