[Bug 311847] [NEW] Stjerm doesn't receive focus when opened

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: stjerm

The first time stjerm is launched it receives focus as it should. On
subsequent invocations the terminal does not receive focus, but requires
manually clicking on it.

My configuration:
stjerm.key: down
stjerm.mod: control
stjerm.opacity: 70

I'm using Ubuntu 8.10
