[Bug 305076] [NEW] libmp3lame0 package should provide liblame0

Binary package hint: lame

After the reorganisation for this source and package, liblame0 was
renamed to libmp3lame0, but the new package does not have 'provides
liblame0' set. This causes dependency problems for backports and legacy
packages.
