[Bug 126746] phpldapadmin depends on php5-cgi

Public bug reported:

phpldapadmin trying to install libapache2-mod-php5 when I'm configured
web server to run php apps as cgi using php5-cgi. So let's add php5-cgi
as dependency to phpldapadmin.

it was on feisty, lighttpd, php5-cgi
