[Bug 123977] should be rebuilt against newer xine

the package version currently in the repositories appears to have been built against an older version of xine, in that it installs its plugins into /usr/lib/xine/plugins/1.1.4/, while the xine packages are installing their plugins into 1.1.7.
I'm pretty sure this breaks xinelibout frontends because they are unable to see the plugin.
