The icons in /usr/share/games/abuse-frabs/icons are for internal use
within abuse, and are properly stored in the private area for abuse.
For reference please see the Filesystem Hierarchy Standard, wherein it
has the following definition:

/usr/share/games        Static data files for /usr/games (optional)
