[Bug 732] Please, help to get this patch into dapper! Was: apt-show-versions doesn't shows the distribution of ubuntu packages

To all subscriber of this thread.

I'm wondering how this patch wil make it through to the dappwer release, because I can not subscribe the maintainer of this package to this bug, nor find any email address of Christoph Martin in Launchpad. His wiki does not exist:

Is this package maintained?

I don't know much about Launchpad and maintainig deb packages in ubuntu.
So, please can someone help to get this patch into the next dapper release?
