IMO, a working reportbug is pretty much essential these days; the
current state should really have been a release blocker for the whole
distribution.

And directing people to use a web browser, days after sending the bug,
certainly does not seem to match any of this "Ubuntu philosophy" stuff
your web pages make so much of.
