[Bug 41813] pop-up dialogs doesn't close.

Public bug reported:

1) start up azureus
2) kill azureus
3) start up azureus again

Clicking the HIDE button does nothing, and the pop-up window stays
visible.  Only way to have them disappear is to close Azureus normally
(File->Exit), and then re-start.
