John and Matt M - I reduced the severity of this bug after considerable
consultation with other triagers on the #ubuntu-bugs IRC channel. Please
understand that there are different community guidelines for setting the
severity field appropriately in Launchpad, and with your bug I double-
checked that I was following them correctly. Normal was considered to be
the most appropriate.
