I'm sorry, but we are past feature freeze. We won't accept new
applications or new upstream version of existing applications for dapper
unless we have a good reason to do this.

audacity 1.3 is advertised as an experimental and possibly unstable
branch, which adds a lot of new features. This does not help us to
stabilize dapper.

We can upgrade audacity for dapper+1.
