Comment:
twisted-doc-api is supposed to be an empty package.  It depends on
twisted-doc, and the only included file is a symlink to the twisted-doc
package.  If twisted-doc-api is installed, /usr/share/doc/twisted-doc-
api/changelog.Debain.gz is available, as is the remainder of the
documentation.  In a future version, this package will likely be
removed, although this is probably post-dapper.
