[uds-announce] What sessions should an IT-Manager (and non-developer) attend at the UDS?

It seems the autosheduler has moved the session around.  Michelle
Surtees-Myers is working on fixing that for us so that it will stay
scheduled Monday afternoon (thanks Michelle!!).
