[uds-announce] Time Travel Tip

If you're coming from the US, you might be somewhat jetlagged. What
works great is not going to sleep for a long sleep right now, despite
how tired you might be, but just taking a 1.5 - 2 hour nap. You'll feel
slightly better afterwards and will still be able to sleep tonight and
snap into this timezone by tomorrow morning and have a fun and
productive UDS!
