If you are willing to walk a couple of blocks, there is the parking lot 
next to Tech Liminal which is $6.50 (cash only) for the day.  The 
municipal lot at 13th and Franklin (about a block away) is, I think $10 
for the day if you get in before 9 AM.  It might be $24 max.
