[Ubuntu-ZW] Timezone issues, potentially quite bad

To my knowledge KMail has no setting for timezone, I have asked on 
kdeforums/KDEPIM if anyone is aware of any "rc" (settings) file but not 
seen any reply.

I am suspecting either a weird KMail bug or a faulty timezones 
"template" for Africa/Harare
