First School to sign up on UBUNTU

Hi Joe, id be more than happy to help out... even just as a volunteer.
its really great that schools are looking into open source. pity mr chamisa
doesnt take much interest
in these kinds of stories.. as it is a great achievement indeed.
I do believe gateway went with a full open source thin client setup some
years back when rudolph gerard was around...though im not sure if it was
ubuntu that they used... .... .
it was a project with troycom if i remember correctly.. back in 2004.... i
think the setup may still be there.... though i doubt its been maintained to
the
high standard that it was since rudolph left.
