Ubuntu and gprs connectivity

dont expect much... it will be running on the same infrastructure they are
using for voice and sms... so expect congestion for the fist six+ months.
They are however planning to move their base stations from microwave to
fiber... so that should be interesting... but till then... slow surfing...
