Voting on Team Structure

Thanks Ganyani. I'm flattered by the confidence you guys have in me! As
one of the other LoCo Team leaders (Massachusetts Team I think) said to
me though, "There is no master or manager of a volunteer group, but a
leader is a very useful position. Even if it's one just to take blame
when things blow up." Hmmm.... should I be having second thoughts?
