Piet,
I have no knowledge of that make and model. Try a live-usb on it to see how
it performs. It looks like an Intel chipset + integrated graphics so your
chances are good it will work fine. I don't see why there would be problems
with the SSD. You might need to disable secure boot in the BIOS to boot
from usb though.
Just a word of warning, if you replace the out-of-box OS then your warranty
may be void. use clonezilla or simple dd command to make a copy of the disk
before you install, if you need to restore it for any carry-in warranty.
