[ubuntu-za] SARS Documents

I actually asked the same question here a year or 2 ago. I even complained
to SARS: "how dare you force me to buy software merely to read your
documents?" (It didn't help, but it was fun!)

Eventually I found acroreader 9.5.5-1:

sudo add-apt-repository "deb http://archive.canonical.com/ precise partner"
sudo apt update
sudo apt-get install acroread

and then:

sudo add-apt-repository -r "deb http://archive.canonical.com/ precise
partner"
sudo apt update

...because you'll never need that repository again!
