[ubuntu-za] Help with LibreOffice

Hi everyone!

I need some help with libreoffice version 5 on Ubuntu 14.04 lts. It worked perfectly well yesterday and today it doesn't. I have completely uninstalled it an reinstalled. Everything works except for calc. When I try to open a spreadsheet/excel file it greys out and freezes. At the bottom left hand corner it says "calculating". It just hangs there. Now when I run Writer or Impress, they work fine, but after trying to run Calc, they too do not open.I have to re-boot to get Write and Impress to work. If I reboot and try and run Calc from the command line (using localc), I get the following error messages:

** (process:2962): WARNING **: require a newer gtk than 3.10 for theme expectations
(soffice:2962): Gdk-WARNING **: gdk_window_set_icon_list: icons too large

I hesitate to upgrade to a later version of gtk as I read somewhere that it does not work well with the unity desktop.

Regards and thanks in advance for any help

Hi All

Any suggestions on a good, stable and easy to use CRM.

I would prefer it to be a FLOSS product, but am flexible in this regard.
Also it doesn't have to be free (price) but preferable so.

Any and all suggestions welcome.

We use Odoo (formerly OpenERP) and it is rather feature complete, if a
chore to set up.

It is not entirely floss since they were bought, but the free (self
install) version is still avalable.
