[ubuntu-za] SARS site

Adobe Reader is no longer in the latest Ubuntu repositories.
You have to install it from old repositories (then remove the repo
afterwards).
I only use it if really necessary... like with SARS files.

This guide is for 14.10, but confirmed to work on 15.04 & 16.04 LTS:
