[ubuntu-za] Failed e-mails

Good day all,

Can somebody please help me with an e-mail problem?

I use e-mail to transfer files from my Ubuntu 14.04 installation to the 
Oracle Virtualbox on my machine because I have been unable to activate 
any other means of doing such transers. After re-installing Virtualbox 
on a fresh install of Ubuntu 14.04, this facility has picked up a 
hiccup. I can still send send e-mails  backwards and forwards between 
the Vbox and the main OS, but if I try to send attachments, I get a 
failure notice which says the recipients mailbox is full, which is 
nonsense. So I Googled a code in the failure message and came up with

I have tried to alter security settings in the e-mail acounts that could 
have an effect, to no avail.
